Janalo is currently in development. This website does not collect orders or provide a live AI order desk. This policy covers website enquiries and describes our intended approach to information handled by the future WhatsApp order desk. Information we process
To provide the order desk, we process buyer and business contact details, WhatsApp messages, voice notes, photos, product requests, catalogue and price-list data, order cards and order confirmations. We may also process support correspondence and technical records needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use this information to interpret order requests, prepare order cards using the business’s approved catalogue and prices, seek clarification, record confirmations, provide support and protect the service. Clients are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any required permissions from their buyers.
Storage and sharing
Our intended policy is to store Janalo’s service messages and order data in India when the order desk launches. WhatsApp and service providers used to deliver messages or process order inputs may process information under their own terms and privacy policies, including outside India. We share information only as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate rights. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
We retain information for the service, support and applicable legal requirements, and delete it when it is no longer needed. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people and providers who need it to deliver the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion requests
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the business responsible for an order. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide the service.

We aim to handle personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and its rules as they apply. You can contact us with privacy concerns or requests.

This static website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or a contact form. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website. Email and phone links use your chosen apps and their privacy settings.
